Who and what is Flower Delivery The Hague?

We are a local florist, Bloemboutique Ton Hofman, operating under the name Bloemen Bezorgen Den Haag. So no ghoulish website. We are a real flower shop and are located right in the centre of The Hague. We want everyone in The Hague and the surrounding area to enjoy flowers and plants, which is why we have this website. Is same-day delivery possible?

Yes, if you order before 2pm, this is possible. Then our delivery staff can make sure it arrives at the desired delivery point on the same day.

What time do you deliver and what if no one is home?

The delivery time depends on the delivery driver's route and so cannot be said specifically. If the recipient is not at home, it will be offered a second time. This happens in any case on the same day. If nobody is at home in the end, a note will be put through the letterbox and the bouquet will be delivered to the neighbours.

What are the delivery costs?

Within The Hague surrounding towns, delivery costs are €4.95 including VAT.

Who delivers the flowers?

We have our own delivery service in The Hague. For orders further afield, we have an external delivery service.

How can I order flowers?

Step 1: Choose the bouquet you want to order. Step 2: Choose the size you want, often you can choose from small, medium or large. You will then see the matching photo and amount. Step 3: Once you have made your choice, click on 'add to basket'. Step 4: You can choose whether you want to collect your order or have it delivered. Then click on 'proceed to checkout'. Step 5: Checkout. In this screen you fill in all necessary details to complete the order. You can also pay the amount due. You can pay via IDEAL, but we also accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and Maestro. Confirmation of the order will follow via e-mail. Step 6: The flowers will be delivered at your desired time (or you can pick them up at the agreed time).

What happens to your data?

I would like to send flowers anonymously. Is that possible?

Yes, this is possible. If you do not enter anything in the card text option, the bouquet will be sent anonymously. Your name and address details will not be put on the bouquet.

Where do the flowers come from?

We go to the flower auction in Aalsmeer every day. That's where our flowers come from. We buy them at the auction and take them to the shop. Our flowers are daily fresh and simply come from the Netherlands. We select only the very best flowers and we do this ourselves, so we can guarantee the highest quality.

My bouquet is not listed, now what?

Do you have a particular wish but your bouquet is not listed? Then contact us and we will see what we can do for you. In almost all cases, we can put together a beautiful bouquet that meets your wishes.

Can I reorder products?

Yes, this is possible by arrangement. Please take contact with us.

Will I get a confirmation if I order from you?

Naturally, you will receive a confirmation of your order. You will receive it at the e-mail address you provided when ordering flowers.

Will I receive a confirmation when the bouquet is delivered?

You will receive a confirmation on the day your flowers are delivered. You will probably also receive a thank you from the person for whom the flowers are (at least we hope so).

Is there a guarantee on my ordered products?

Yes, the legal guarantee is in force. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do. Sounds nice and vague, doesn't it? What we mean by it is that you can expect our products to be in good condition. Flowers, our core business, have a seven-day fresh guarantee as standard. We give this because we believe you should be able to enjoy your bouquet for at least seven days. Is that not the case? Then pull the virtual jacket on us and we will make sure it is still taken care of tiptop.

What nutrition do the flowers need?

Don't worry, every order comes with the nutrition your ordered flowers need. With this nutrient, you make sure they stay good yourself. Once you have cut the stem and put the flowers in the water, you can put the nutrition in the water.

How is the bouquet packaged?

Flowers are wrapped in plastic if it rains. Otherwise, only the side is wrapped with foil, after which our delivery drivers take them away.

Can I change the text after I have ordered?
